摘要

Following treatment of wheat with [phenyl-UL-~(14)C] propoxycarbazone-so-dium and [triazolinone-3-~(14)C] propoxycarbazone-sodium at 1.3 to 20 times the maximum recommended field application rate, the total radioactive residues observed in the wheat matrices were low. Only minor amounts of propoxycarbazone-sodium were identified in some of the wheat matrices indicating a rapid rate of degradation. The major residue observed in all of the wheat matrices was Pr-2-OH propoxycarbazone-sodium. Wheat, kale, and turnips planted at 30, 120, and 365 days after treatment of the soil with [phenyl-UL-~(14)C] propoxycarbazone-sodium and [triazolinone-3-~(14)C] propoxycaibazone-sodium at 1.0 and 1.1 times the maximum recommended field application rate contained only very low radioactive residues. Propoxycaibazone-sodium was only detected in 120-DAT kale from the [phenyl-UL-~(14)C] propoxy-carbazone-sodium rotational crop study and only at <0.01 ppm. The major metabolite observed in the rotational crop matrices was Pr-2-OH piopoxycar-bazone-sodium.
