Gauss–Laguerre–Hermite Method of Keypoint Extraction

摘要

Keypoint detection and the descriptor construction method based on multiscale expansions of Gauss–Laguerre circular harmonic functions is considered. An efficient acceleration procedure is intro duced. The procedure is based on the interconnection between the system of Gauss–Laguerre circular har monic functions and the system of 2D Hermite functions. The test results approved the acceleration of the descriptor construction process upto several times.
