Tolerances issued for fluazinam

In the Jan. 19 Federal Register (76 FR 3026), EPA issued a final rule establishing tolerances in §180.574 for residues of the fungicide fluazinam, (3-chloro-N-[3-chloro-2,6-dimtro-4-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl]-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinamine), in or on:apple at 2.0 ppm;apple, wet pomace at 5.0 ppm;carrot, roots at 0.70 ppm; and fat and meat byproducts of cattle, goat, horse and sheep, all at 0.05 ppm.
