摘要

A general theoretical approach to a correct usage of recognition algorithms in the problem of synthesis and adaptive simulation control for dynamical objects under the conditions of high-degree uncertainty is suggested. An algebraic approach to synthesis of recognition algorithms is applied. Necessary and sufficient conditions for recognition algorithms in the problems of decidability and regularity of control and prediction are found.
