EPA opposes a provision in the latest draft biological opinion (BiOp) from the National Marine Fisheries Service regarding the impacts of pesticides on endangered Pacific salmonids that would require it to reference on all thiobenearb labels or Endangered Species Protection Program Bulletins the need to adhere to two requirements established by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR).
