Exemption issued for inert ingredient

In the April 4 Federal Register (77 FR 20314), EPA issued a final rule amending § 180.960 by establishing an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for 2-propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, 2-ethylhexyl ester, telomer with 1-dodecanethol, ethenylbenzene and 2-methyloxirane polymer with oxirane monoether with 1,2-propanediol mono(2-methyl-2-propenoate), hydrogen 2-sulfobutanedioate, sodium salt, 2,2'-(l,2-diazenediyl)bis[2-methylpropenitrile]-initiated, minimum number average molecular weight (in amu), 1,200 (CAS Reg. No. 1283712-50-4), when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation.
