The aggressive international expansion of Asia's national oil companies(NOC)has been one of the big petroleum industry stories of the past few years.But while it has been Chinese and Indian firms that have largely made the headlines,one of the smaller NOCs,Thailand's PTT Exploration and Production(PTTEP),has set an equally ambitious pace,driven not only by the need to secure new energy supplies but also the desire to acquire new operational skills.
