Innovative electric thrusters power a new ROV for offshore operations

The rotor assembly is the thruster's only moving part which renders the ROV propulsion system extremely reliable. A standard Quest vehicle uses seven thrusters, so the entire vehicle propulsion system contains only seven moving parts compared to100 in a typical hydraulic system.
