Shell-to make Qatar its GTL hub

Royal dutch/shell is to build the world's largest gas-to-liquid (GTL) plant,in Qatar,after signing an agreement with the country's state-owned energy company,Qatar Petroleum (QP).Shell will spend us5bn to bring a new integrated project on stream between 2008 and 2009.
