Kazakhstan:CNPC to share PetroKazakhstan with the state

CHINA National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has finalised the purchase of PetroKazakhstan,a Toronto-listed independent with production and refining interests in central Kazakhstan.The acquisition provides CNPC with a source of oil just 1,000 km from the border with China.
