Rosneft finds offshore alternative

Russian state-controlled Rosneft and Norwegian state-controlled Statoil have reached an agreement with state-controlled China Oilfield Services (COSL) on drilling two exploration wells next year at the Magadan 1 and Lisyansky blocks in the Sea of Okhotsk in Russia’s far east.
