Russian greenfield delays threaten output

Delays at Russian greenfield oil developments could result in a production fall in 2017, the energy ministry says. Output will remain stable at 10.66mn b/d next year, but could dip to 10.5mn b/d in 2017. Delays are expected at 30 licences, the ministry says.
