Indonesia wants more clarity on the viability of a 3.8mn t/yr expansion of BP’s Tangguh LNG project amid con- cerns about global oversupply in the ong term. The country’s upstream reg- ulator BPMigas wants further details about a third train being added to ncrease capacity to 11.4mn t/yr by 2017-18, requiring a detailed cost breakdown before a development plan s issued that paves the way for a final nvestment decision.
