Kazakhstan offers refinery stakes

Kazakh state-run oil firm Kazmunaigaz (KMG) plans to sell stakes in its refineries and retail network to reduce its debt. It will offer a 51pc share in KMG R&M, which has 325 filling stations and owns the 104,000 b/d Pavlodar refinery, holds 99.53pc of the 104,000 b/d Atyrau plant and 50pc of the 109,000 b/d Chimkent refinery.
