Iran’s North Azadegan delayed again

The first phase of Iran’s North Azade-gan oil field will now be completed in 18 months,the managing director of state-owned NIOC’s upstream com-pany Pedec,Abdolreza Hosseinnejad, says.Production was supposed to start by early this year.The field,which is due to produce 75,000 b/d,was awarded to China’s state-owned CNPC for development under a buy-back agreement in 2009.
