The Iraqi parliament has approved a 106 trillion dinar ($96.2bn) budget for next year, little changed from an earlier draft proposed by the cabinet in October. But analysts and even government officials say it is “unrealistic” under the financial strain of lower oil revenue and the cost of fighting Islamist group Isis.
