Crude falls below $100/bl

Crude fell below $100/bl on 1 June as a result of high Opec output and worries over the eurozone debt crisis. Atlantic basin benchmark North Sea Dated fell by $5.59/bl to $101.91/bl in the week to 31 May, while US marker WTI fell by $4.13/bl to $86.53/bl, a seven-month low. North Sea Dated fell again to go below $100/bl on 1 June for the first time since February last year.
