Majors sell UK field stakes

Shell and ExxonMobil have agreed to sell their interests in the Anasuria cluster of oil and gas fields in the UK North Sea to Malaysian independents Hibiscus and Ping for $105mn (WPA, 5 September, p6). The assets consist of 100pc stakes in the Anasuria floating production, storage and offloading vessel and the Teal, Teal South and Guillemot A fields, as well as a 38.65pc interest in the Cook field.
