Yemen’s fractured political groups are back at UN-mediated negotiations in an effort to establish legitimate leadership as civil war looms.Efforts to break the political stalemate comes after President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi retracted his resignation last week(WPA,27 Febru-ary,p3).Hadi has called for the politi-cal dialogue to move to the Saudi capi-tal of Riyadh.
