Negotiators from the P5+1 group of world powers and Iran have agreed to extend the deadline for talks on Tehran’s nuclear programme to 13 July as they seek a comprehensive agreement that would swap sanctions relief for nuclear concessions. Iran’s crude exports have been limited to 1mn-1.1mn b/d during the nuclear talks. The US Congress will now have 60 days to review any deal before President Barack Obama could begin to ease US sanctions on Iran.
