Tullow to start new Jubilee phase

The Jubilee oil field offshore Ghana is on course to reach 90,000 b/d produc- tion at the end of this year, when Lon- don-listed Tullow Oil starts output from the $1.1bn Jubilee phase 1A project. Reservoir problems at the 120,000 b/d capacity field, which started up in 2010, caused production to briefly drop to about 65,000 b/d this year.
