Libyan output disruptions rise

Libyan crude production remains around 600,000 b/d after failed attempts to restart fields in the southwest of the country. State-owned NOC tried to restart the 275,000 b/d El Sharara field on 12 November but pipeline disruption to the Zawia export terminal blocked their efforts.
