Iran’s South Pars project will be completed by March 2015, Iranian oil minister Rostam Qasemi says. Iran is nearing the launch of gas production from phase 12 of the South Pars field. Initially phase 12 will produce 500mn ft~3/d (5.2bn m~3/yr) of sour gas, but this amount should eventually double.
