Chevron in LNG delay warning

Australian LNG projects are at risk of falling further behind schedule, Chevron says. First production from the $54bn, 15.6mn t/yr Gorgon facility could slip to 2016 from later this year, owing to labour disputes and adverse weather conditions. And the $29bn, 8.9mn t/yr Wheatstone development may face further delays owing to the late delivery of equipment.
