Kansai adds to potential restarts

Japanese utility Kansai Electric Power has secured draft safety endorsements for two nuclear reactors at its Takahama complex. They are the second set of nuclear units in the country to be cleared under tougher new safety regulations in the wake of the 2011 Fukushima nuclear disaster.
