摘要

Colombian oil firms sign transport deal Oil producers in southern Colombia have signed contracts to ship a total of up to 40,000 b/d of crude through Ecuador’s underutilised 450,000 b/d OCP pipeline to the Balao terminal on the Pacific coast. The producers have been unable to consistently export their crude through southern Colombia’s Tumaco port because of a lack of infrastructure and repeated rebel attacks on the 60,000 b/d Trans-Andean pipeline that regularly take it out of service (WPA, 8 March, p11).
