Iran factors push prices higher

Crude prices hit 10-month highs on a combination of cautious optimism about the economy and concerns over Iran’s standoff with the US and EU. Atlantic basin benchmark North Sea Dated rose by $2/bl to $126.36/bl in the week to 1 March, its highest close since the end of April last year. US light sweet marker WTI gained just over $1/bl to reach $108.84/bl, a 10-month high.
