Kuwait’s public prosecutor has dismissed a six-year legal inquiry into alleged corruption regarding the award of an enhanced technical service agreement (Etsa) between state-owned KPC and Shell for the Jurassic natural gas field. But the disputed Etsa will soon be cancelled, and a new Etsa for the Jurassic project has been offered.
