Brazil’s superior court partially sus- pended a preliminary injunction that would have banned offshore drilling company Transocean from operating in Brazil. Energy regulator the ANP had requested that Transocean be exempt from the injunction. Transocean will be permitted to continue operating nine of the 10 rigs under contract in Brazil.
