Equatorial Guinea sees block interest

Equatorial Guinea's energy ministry has signed a production-sharing contract (PSC) with US upstream independent Marathon Oil and state-owned GEPetrol for block A-12 offshore Bioko island, Equatorial Guinea. The shallow-water block is situated west of the Marathon-operated Alba block. The contract is subject to final approval by the Equatorial Guinea government.
