Norwegian upstream independent Noreco is struggling to find “a sustainable financing solution” after warning of potential write-downs totalling 800mn Norwegian kroner ($123mn) related to lower-than-expected production and reserve estimates for the UK North Sea’s Huntington field and the Oselvar field offshore Norway.
