Voriconazole-micafungin combination therapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common form of cancer in children. Survival rates for ALL have improved dramatically during the past 20 years because of the development of supportive therapy, with current 5 year overall survival rates of 78-85%.' Children with newly diagnosed ALL may be neutropenic at the time of diagnosis or may develop neutrope-nia during intensive induction therapy.
