Pediatric all-terrain vehicle trauma: Educational measures to stop the epidemic before it reaches the pediatric emergency care

We thank the authors for their thoughtful consideration of our article. Our goal was not to determine efficacy or impact on total hospital stay following fluma-zenil administration in pediatric patients, because coingestants, health care provider preferences, or comorbidities can affect these assessments. Our focus was to identify the occurrence of seizures following flumazenil administration in patients 12 years or younger with suspected poisoning who had altered levels of consciousness.
