Texas Pecan Board launches new promotions

The Texas Pecan Board has added two new efforts to its lineup of promotional activities for 2005. Both are aimed at elevating the visibility of Texas pecans with an emphasis on increasing consumer awareness, specifically regarding the health benefitsof pecan consumption. The Pecan Ambassador Program was launched on June 1 when Keren Pounds and Katie Voorhees began their summer promotional tour.
