Hindustan Unilever net jumps 22%

FMCG major Hindustan Unilever has reported 22 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 689 crore (Rs 566 crore) during the September quarter of this fiscal on strong volume growth and price increases in select categories, especially soaps and detergents. Sales revenue jumped 18 per cent to Rs 5,522 crore (Rs 4,681 crore).
