Along with the enormous recent increase in pecan exports to China and other countries came some logistical problems in presenting pecans to foreign buyers. In an on-year in November, the market moves fast and decisions on whether to buy or not buy a load of pecans must be made quickly. In a declining market, no one wants to delay selling their pecans because the price may get lower every day.
