The Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) has announced the recipients of the PEI Foundation's Charles D. Kemp Scholarships for the 2014-2015 academic year. The scholarships are named in honor and rnemorv of Charles D. Kemp, longtime president of the White Tucker Company and president of PEI in 1972.
