CROFT '11: It was the start of July, and massive rain clouds were looming - it could only be time for Croft!

Summer has not been forthcoming so far. Occasional patches of sun do not, in our book, make up for extended periods of cloud and temperatures not far off those at the end of October. In fact, unless there's been a storming, five-week-long heatwave between the time we're writing this and the time you end up reading it, we think it's probably fair to say that this summer royally sucks.
