Most PF readers would like a car with a powerful, street driveable engine that delivers great performance with no nasty side effects, but achieving this is difficult in practice. That's certainly true in many aspects of tuning and none more so than the complicated area of cam design, where it's easy to get confused by the numbers and terminology that have significant effects on engine performance.
