SFE have been selected to provide two process lines; a manually operated electrolytic etch process line and an automatically controlled, transporter operated urea process line. The urea plant is designed to treat ceramic core components as part of an impregnation process whereas the etch process plant is designed to prepare the components for grain structure assessment and other forms of inspection. Both lines are to be built at our bespoke manufacturing facility and will be dry run tested for inspection by our prestigious client as part of their "turnkey" package.
