The HQL Jig consists of formed cross bars which are available in 700mm, 800mm and 1000mm lengths with fixed spring wire double hooks at 50mm or 100mm centres. The hooks are available in plane format or at 90° depending on your product, and are designed to hold small products up to 2Kg in weight. The thin spring wire hooks leave very small hanging marks and pairs of hooks can be used to "lock" small products in position so that they do not fall off or get blown off by pre-treatments, washes, dips and air knives.
