WHERE'S THE TERMINAL?

The Institute of Boggus Talk (IBT), as you know, has spent a great deal of time and resources studying ways in which we, as the travelling public, and we, as visionaries of air travel, can find better ways to service our industry and the flying public. While many times the crack IBT scientific design team has dangled out phenomenal ideas that not only lead to greater security in the air and on the ground, but also create much higher customer service opportunities while reducing the cost of air travel, a few of these ideas have not yet taken hold.
