THE following method is designed, to simulate under controlled laboratory conditions, the various physical forces involved in the fabric cleaning process, when specifically using a detergent bar or a laundry soap cake according to Indian wash conditions. It is very important that the reference standard and the sample tested have similar formulations but different fragrances / incorporation levels.
