Protein Spectrum of the Erythrocyte Membrane and Its Changes in Pathology

摘要

This mini-review is devoted to a survey of the functions of erythrocyte membrane proteins. The published data concerning the changes in the protein spectrum of the erythrocyte membrane in different pathologies such as hypertension, metabolic syndrome, pneumonia, etc., are analyzed. The question of whether the changes in membrane proteins are typical or specific for a certain type of pathology is still under discussion.
