SAICA gets planning permission for Manchester mill

SAICA has received the go ahead for a 400,000 tpy recycled CCM mill in Manchester, just four months after planning submission, says SLR, the environmental consultancy which prepared the planning application and is now working on the Environmental Permit for the plant.
