De-inking of Inkjet Prints

Another subject that has appeared in our pages periodically is deinkability of inkjet and liquid toner prints. Late last year this subject was discussed at length during two major European conferences: CTP's Technical Conference on Deinking of Digital Prints at Grenoble; and IMI's 19th European Ink Jet Printing Conference in Lisbon. More recently it was aired at the Ingede symposium during February, and in April at the PTS-CTP Deinking Symposium in Munich the subject will constitute a third of the whole programme.
