Intaglio printing, and its direct effect on paper deformation, was a subject of an MSc thesis realized at the Institute of Typography of Warsaw University of Technology, in cooperation with Polska Wytwornia Papierow Wartosciowych S.A. (Polish Security Printing Works)111. Its results and observations are discussed in this article.
