Stora Enso shifts production to low cost countries

Stora Enso is shifting production to PMs in countries where manufacturing costs are lower. As a result, the output of some mills will increase while that of others falls. No machinery will be transferred in the process.For example, output will be moved from Finland to Sweden, to take advantage of the weakening Krona and the availability of cheap wood - wood is some 30% cheaper in Sweden than in Finland.
