Price fluctuations in Old KLS and OCC grades

The UK price for old KLS fell to pound40 a tonne in January-from the average of pound45 which had prevailed during the 2nd Half of 2004.In Europe too,there was a slight downturn in the price of OCC and other bulk grades,in both December and January.
