Andritz acquires Voith's stake in tissue joint venture

Andritz Tissue will continue to supply the technologies and products developed jointly with Voith.It will also supply TissueFlex shoe presses and Yankee cylinders from Voith,and will continue to use the Voith pilot plant in Sao Paulo,Brazil,for customer trials and R&D work.
